Disclaimer
We do not take responsibility for:
(1) Packages that are marked as "delivered" and contain a "proof of delivery" photo, but are claimed to have been stolen;
(2) Your failure to pay Import Duties and VAT due at delivery (if applicable), will unfortunately result in the destruction of the package and will void your eligibility for a return/refund;
(3) If your package is delivered to a local post office and is awaiting pick-up, failure to do so within their allotted pickup time will unfortunately result in the destruction of the package and will not be eligible for a return/refund.
