Eligibility for a Return or Exchange:

Items purchased on sale are not eligible for a return or exchange.

Made-To-Order items are eligible for a return but not an exchange.

You have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange and must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Pre-Paid return shipping labels will be provided for all Canadian and US returns/exchanges. International shoppers must pay for their return shipping, to be eligible for a return or exchange.

When processing a refund on a returned item, the original shipping fee that was paid to send the product to you will not be refunded. There is a flat fee of $15usd for shipping which is included in all the prices. 

Damaged or Defective items:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
