Made-To-Measure items are eligible for a return within 7 days after delivery. The garment(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags.

Archive/Sample Sale items are sold as-is and are FINAL SALE. No returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Return Shipping Labels

CANADA: We will provide all Canadian customers with a prepaid return label. There will be a $20cad restocking fee deducted from you refund.

USA: We will provide all USA customers with a prepaid return label. You will not be charged a restocking fee. Your refund will not include the shipping fee that was charged to deliver your package.

INTERNATIONAL: Customers are responsible for obtaining their own return labels (Return shipping address will be provided after submitting your return request). You will not be charged a restocking fee. Your refund will not include the shipping fee that was charged to deliver your package.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your garment(s) upon delivery and contact us immediately via email, if the garment(s) is/are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong one, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
