7 Day Return Policy:

All customers have 7 days after delivery to request a return. The garment(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags.
Return Shipping Labels
We will provide all Canadian and U.S. customers with a return label. A return label fee will be deducted from your refund, in the amount of $20 USD or $25 CAD. International customers are responsible for obtaining their own return labels. Return shipping address will be provided after submitting your return request.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your garment(s) upon delivery and contact us immediately via email, if the garment(s) is/are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong one, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Disclaimer
(1) The original shipping fee to mail your garment(s) to you is not included in the refund, following a return;
(2) If any VAT/Import Duties were due on your package upon delivery, they are paid directly to the final delivery company. Any claims to get reimbursed for this after you returned a garment(s) back to us, has to be dealt directly with the final delivery company.
